For a monthly subscription, a registered BigHelp user can send requests by phone or e-mail to get dinner reservations booked, medical appointments fixed, cinema tickets purchased, food delivered for a party, information looked up, market research. vacations planned, documentation, compilation of information and more.
To begin, all that you need to do is register online and we will revert within 48 working hours for an appointment. We will come and visit you to understand your way of working, daily schedule, etc and a few other details that will help us know you better. So that we can serve you better.
We also have a verification process which, in most cases, takes just one working day. You can start using our services within just 7 days of signing up online.
After a confirmed registration, Bighelp will assign a dedicated assistant to you. If, for some reason, your dedicated personal assistant is unable to report to work, the assistants under your Personal Assistant will seamlessly take over for that length of time.
You will also have a dedicated Phone number and a dedicated email to call /sms or email and brief your Personal Assistant.
