  • Is Big Help a concierge services company?
    NO, Big Help is a personal assistant services company on call. It is exclusive for members who have a formal monthly membership with us.

  • Is Big Help a Travel agency or a Ticket Booking Vendor?
    No, Big Help isn’t all this, but Big Help will facilitate all sort of purchases on behalf of clients including Ticket booking.

  • What is Big Help’s role?
    Big Help will provide a Dedicated Personal Assistant who will manage almost all your tasks, every day

  • Will I have a Dedicated Personal Assistant?
    Yes , you will have a Dedicated Personal Assistant, who will be available as a single point of contact with a dedicated cell number exclusively for your tasks. You can share this exclusive number with the world as your personal secretary’s number.

  • Do I get to meet the Personal Assistant? Will the personal assistant sit in my office / workplace, etc?
    No, you won’t be able to meet your Personal Assistant. Also, s/he won’t attend any offsite meetings.

  • Will the Personal Assistant attend calls on my behalf?
    Yes, there will be a dedicated Number available. But subject to limitations.

  • Will the Personal Assistant organize a small house party?
    Sure, whatever the Personal Assistant can do by coordinating on the phone on your behalf, will be done.

  • Is this a 24 hour service?
    No, at this point in time we are unable to provide a 24 hour service. But in the future – certainly.

  • Is Big Help available in Mumbai only?
    Yes, Big Help is presently available in Mumbai only with a Centre in Bandra, but will very soon be available in many parts of Mumbai and India.

  • How will you source products for me?
    Sourcing will be done on your requirement and specifications. We will only facilitate. From reputed vendors of your choice e.g. , from Hypercity to Magnet, Pantaloons to Lifestyle, Big Bazaar to Central, Inorbit to High Street Phoenix, Linking Road to Kemps Corner, etc.

  • Will the Personal Assistant take care of filing documents for me?
    Any documents that may be sent online can be kept very safely with us, but physical filing of documents will not be possible at our end.

  • Will the PA take a brief from Family/ Friends in my absence?
    No, we won’t be able to entertain any such briefs, but we will be available for any help that a family member may require from us.

  • What are the Timings for this service?
    Big Help Personal Assistant Services will be available from 10 Am in morning till 6 pm in the evening, with a one hour Lunch break from 1pm to 2 pm in the afternoon.
